Defaulters list

Hello,

I want to know which type of default is taken into account while publishing the defaulter's list by MCA? FYI, this list is found on the bottom right side on the MCA21 page.

I'm asking since I know of a pvt ltd company which has not yet filed its annual forms 20B, 23AC, 23ACA for the financial year 2010-11 but I could not find the name of the company in that list.

The list contains Companies and their Directors which have not filed Balance Sheet or

Annual Return for any of the financial year’ s 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09 and 2009-10 with the Registrar of Companies as required under sec tions 220 and/ or 159 of the Companies Ac t, 1956.
