Mr.A Paid Lic Premium of rs90000/- for him self from his bank account.though he did not claim execption u/s 80c.can his wife claim that exemption u/s 80c ?

deduction can be claimed by the person who has paid the amount.Therefore Mr A has to claim it.
no this is noy possible.... deduction is available to the person who actually pays it.
