If any exporter has not issued the bank realistion certificate after export but he has all the documents with him and he has received a notice from customs raising a demand to return the drawbacks and the case is for the year 08-09 09-10 10-11 what can be done?

Bank realisation certificate of Export (BRC) is issued by the Bank only when the value of export realised.If the export value is realised the party shoud apply to the bank for issuance of BRC and at the same time request to the customs for granting 15-20 days for submision of BRC.
