If you are continuously noting down from pdf, to paper, you may find difficult to scroll down each page.

 

You can use Ctrl+Shift+H,  then the pages will move down automatically. If you need to scroll continuously upwards the page, then use Up arrow key. If you need to stop the Automatic Scrolling use the same short cut.

 

To set speed of automatic scroll, press the Up and Down Arrow keys so, You can set the speed of scroll as you wish.
