Recently Karnataka Govt amended the VAT rate. It increased the VAT rate from 5% to 5.5%(w.e.f 1st aug 2012).
Is there any change in CST rate also?
Currently we are paying CST at 5 %. Do we need to pay CST @ 5.5%?

D RATE OF CST IS 2% AGAINST " C - FORM "
& WITHOUT " C - FORM " IS LOCAL RATE OF COMMODITY FOR THAT STATE
IF UR PAYING CST 5% THEN IT WILL INCREASE BY .50%
