But i have read that CSR can be claimed as deduction under sec 30 to 36 if the expenditure meets the requirements.

But in my case the expense is related to agricultural extension project applicable under 35ccc

If the agriculture extension project is notified by CBDT only then deduction u/s 35 CCC can be claimed even if it is done towards CSR.
