well for finals u should go with Institute materials it will be more than enough and for revision and practice u can refer reliance publications books those are good one but dont skip modules..

when is ur attempt???if u have enough time than u can easily complete all the modules except Company Secretarial Practice... 

i cant suggest but i can tell you the way how i cracked cs professionals.

just go with inst study material and shuchita prakashan scanner

but scanners are not the sufficient as the quality is not that good which is required at professional level..

Institute material is best..

But through scanners you know what type of ques inst will ask... As in CA 25 % questions are based on last ten yrs papers.....

anyways i shared only the way i cracked mah papers.... its ur choice dear..

First read study material ,then read bare acts and text books after wards. To under law at a professional level

going through the bare acts especially companies act sebi act is very important.
