During CS-Final (Old Syllabus) exams June-09, in the WTO paper, questions for nearly 20 marks were asked from Arbitration & Conciliation Act r/w Contract Act. My suggestion to the Dec-09 students please refresh yourselves with the two Acts with updates of judgements. Another suggestion - keep bare Acts of the two handy which will throw a lot of inf., instead of study material which is voluminous on the two Acts. All the best.
