CS Executive exam , can we appear with out Eligibilty certif

Hi All,

i am student of CS executive program , can we appear for CS executive exams of June - 10 with out eligibility certificate., if not could any one advise , how to get eligibilty certificate pleaseeeeee advise me.

and also i need your advise how prepare for the exams
