Credit of service tax

All members are requested to guide on the below issue:-

A society registered undter Multi State Co-opearative Soc. Act and Reimbursing Mobile exps to its employees on the basis of bills & bills are in name of society.

Now question is whether above society is eligible to take Credit of Service Tax on employees mobile bills?
