Coversion of public to private

After passing special resolution in EGM for converting public company to private company, within how many days we are required to publish in news paper about such conversion.

ROC on receipt of application for conversion , may require a suitable notice to be published in newspapers and in that case the same should be complied with and the clippings should be sent to the ROC.
