Cost records compliance certificate

Dear All,

I understand that companies covered under cost accounting Records rules 2011 need to submit the Compliance report within 180 days of end of F. Y.

Is it require to mentioned the details of such Compliance report in the Directors Report? Does such compliance is reflected anywhere in Boards Report.

I could not find any provision in this regard, but just want to make it sure???
