Cost Centre opening balance in Tally prime

How can we enter the opening balance manually in Cost Centres in Tally Prime, except by passing a journal entry?

I understand that this was not possible in Tally ERP 9.

In Tally prime / Gateway of Tally / Display more report / Inventory Books/ stock items/ List of stock items/
Open credited Stock items List , here you Can enter Opening balance.

You can see cost centre expenses and break up between departments. Its either debit or credit (expenses or gain) and closing balance. It shows for the current year. This feature is not available in Tally yet. Here's a wonderful article with example
