We are about to file Financials of year 2013 -14 of a private company
any advice on forms required to be used to file it?

Form 23ac & 23aca, 20B, 66(if applicable) ADT1
MGT14 for disclosure of director's interest if you have not filed.
MGT14 for approval of directors' report and annual accounts

Period is nov 2013 to dec 2014..what forms in that case
when the accounts were approved? date of agm

new forms are not applicable because they are applicable for financial year on after 01.04.2014
