Copy of Answer Book

Have heard lot that we can apply for copy of answer book. Have done that before but just got a letter from Institute quoting many cases where the instittute has won on its stand that getting copy of answer book is not possible.

And regarding present ruling it says that the case is still pending.

My Question is that is there anyone who is successful in getting a copy of answer book from the Institute.
