i just cleared my CA final this term.

in form '2' to get registered as member, if i apply for COP and then if i opt. for a job, will my COP become invalid and do i hv to intimate ICAI.

also, if hv COP and later want to act as director in family business, will i hv to resign frm partnership in a CA firm? i.e can COP holder can be a pertner in a CA Firm

U cant take part-time cop, if u wants pratice then u has to go with full time cop.ICAI will not give cop for parttime, only for full time only...
