If a member of ICAI is co-founder and director of any start up company and is also receiving remuneration from the company. Can a member start practicing parlalley after obtaining COP. Does a member needs to seek approval from ICAI for any sort of matter.

i have seen recently that A practicing CA cannot be a director.
