what is the procedure for converting temporary service tax no recd into pan based service tax no online

After 1st March 2015, it is not possible to take registration of Service Tax without having PAN. Furthet on that date who does already have registraion under service tax without having pan shall apply PAN first and convert their temporary registration to PAN based registration within 3 month from that date.
