Conversion of pvt. ltd into public ltd company

Dear Members,

Please give me your valuable advice:-

What is the Post-Pocedure if  a pvt. ltd. company converted into public ltd company? (only that procedure, which required after conversion)

What points of companies act or other provions are required to be followed to make the said converted company to be in consistent with the provisions which are applicable on a public ltd company. Kindly give the area of concern.
