For doing internal audit the firm is either to be Cost Accountants firm or Chartered Accountants firm.
Not necessary.. Anybody with knowledge can do internal audit... it's not compulsory to be a CA or Firm of CA....internal audit is mainly govern by the knowledge and experience and audit is undertaken by management.
