Consolidation of financial statement with associate copmany
Company A Pvt. Ltd is holding share of B Pvt. Ltd more than 20% since from 2013, but as on 25th march 2016, A Ltd. sold some shares of B Ltd( 3% ) , and now as on 31st march A Ltd hold 19 % shares of B Ltd. so now is it be cosider as a Associate for the purpose of consolidation of financial statement.

no.. it will not be called an associate for the purpose of consolidation
For consolidation purpose, should we check our invevestment ONLY as on 31st march ??? if yes, where it is written?
it is logical my friend, if the co. does not hold required no. of shares then no consolidation is required. if you need more info then read AS-21,23,27
