I wish to file a condonation petition for shifting of Registered Office of the Company from One State to another State. I would like to know in which form I have to file the same. Is it form 61 or form 24AAA.
Please help me in this regard.

In form 24AAA should i have click on section 17 or 19 for condonation of delay in filing petition for shifting of the Registered office of the Company from one state to another state.
Should also I have to file from 61 for informing the ROC concern.
Please provide me your suggestion.
