Condonation of delay for filing form 21.

Dear friends,

Within how many days form 21 for filing order of BIFR is suppose to file with MCA if it is not mentioned in order ?

Can anyone provide me the format of application for condonation of delay to the Regional Director ?

In case the form is being filed after the due date, then in such case, it shall be required to get the delay condoned and thereafter file the order for condonation of delay in another eForm 21.

Please note that this form cannot be approved unless an eForm 21 (filed for condonation of delay)

having SRN of this form has been approved.

How the delay is condoned? I mean simply filing e-form 21 and paying fee....waiting for some time to get the approval OR-----------running to RoC office, paying bribe ??

Do any one has practical experience?
