hi, could you please explain how to apply and whom to apply for condonation of delay in order to file itrs of old previous years.

we dont have any loss or refund, infact we are trying to make payment of tax along with interest. in this regard under which section we need file
Unless any notice received from the department, you cannot file return in normal cases. Yes, window for payment of taxes is ever open, you can just pay any amount.........
