Concentration issues

Hi everyone! I have my CA Final exam this Nov and I was having trouble concentrating. It's leading to a lot of wastsge of time trying to get my mind to focus. Any suggestions??

Do 15 mintures deep breathing everyday. You can also do Gaytri mantra, it is also very effective for concentration.

Whenever you start your study, decide that you have to complete a particular topic in a particular time period depending upon the size of topic. This time boundation will help you to concentrate. But, don't leave an option to extend the time period, otherwise it will not help you.
