Compulsory to fill etds quartly return ?

Is it compulsory to fill ETDS quartly return for Private limited companies. we are Pvt. Ltd/ Co. having turnover of 3 crores. We tried to file TDS quarterly return online but whenever we try to login from NSDL-TIN website for ETDS filling using Digital Signature we get error "Invalid USer ID or Invalid DSC"

DSC has to be registered with NSDL before proceeding with e-TDS filing. Hope you might have done it already.

Which Operating system & browser you use for e-filing.
