1. Is it compulsory to have same auditor in case of parent and subsidiary company as per companies act 2013 of listing Company?
2. Is it Compulsoty as per listing agreement that the accounts of the Parents and subsidiary Company should be audited by the Same Auditor?

Dear Viren,
it is not mandatory to have same Auditor for parent company and subsidiary company either as per Companies Act, 2013 or as per Listing Agreement.
Paren company and subsidiary company can have separet auditors. There is no such provision requiring same auditor is there in the act
