My company has filed the Statement in Lieu of Prospectus (SLP) after the due date of 30 days. Can someone guide me as to the procedure to be followed for compunding of offence in this case and if possible please provide me with a draft resolution/ application for the same.

You have to file e-form 61 for compounding of offence. A sample application for compounding of offence u/s 166 is attached. You can modify the same suitably in your case.
