Can a composite dealer supply goods to a registered hotel.The goods purchased from a unregistered dealer.

Oh yes he can supply to anybody in intra state.

If purchased from URD you ll be pay GST under RCM....

Composite dealer purchased from URD. Then composition dealer ll be pay GST under RCM.
The composite dealer supply goods to Hotel. Hotel ll be treated as it (EXCEMPT)... But, Can't take ITC. Simply said Hotel ll be loss his ITC if purchased from URD....

Composition Dealer is Registered person under GST...
URD is unregistere dealer....

But if supplier is also a composite dealer then RCM applies.

Dear Sanjeev.,
Please understand Supplier is Composition and receiver is Registered then receiver can't pay tax also can't take ITC. Bcoz, Composition dealer ll be given Bill of Supply. It's not noted tax amount.

Receiver is Registered and supplier is URD then pay tax Under RCM....

Receiver is Composition Dealer and Supplier is URD then Composition Dealer ll be pay Tax under RCM for the purchase....
