A private limited company has not filed Compliance certificate for the year 2011-12, 2012-13 to the ROC.
if it does not file under CLSS, 2014, what will be the consequences??

Company Law Settlement Scheme (CLSS 2014) is extended upto 15th November, 2014.
No explicit penal provision under the Companies Act 1956 for non filing of Compliance certificate.
