10 September 2009Any compilation of the Supreme Court decisions (for the past 18 months) taken on Income tax cases available?? I guess it would be a lot useful for Nov'09 PCC students.. Kindly put it out here if any of you people have them.

i guess it will be more useful to final students....at pcc level they are not asked.

I think the recent cases of Direct & Indirect Tax available at institues office can be a good guide.
