1.what are the new actions which have become applicable for may 2010 in competition act and other acts? - please provide me a list of amendments applicable in corporate law for may 2010.
2. what is the maximum no. of members the competition commission can have?
- it is mentioned as 6 in munish bhandari text book but the bare act says 10.
Max. no. of members of CCI are 6 (after amendment). Before amendment, the max. no. was 10. Refer to the updated bare act so as to avoid mistakes.
