Company secretary executive jobs

I would like to know about the job opportunities for cs executive candidates, how much will be their salaries. One of my friends said they treat executive candidates as slaves in articleship offices. Is is true? Is it possible to get placed directly in companies after clearing executive programme? I have completed my m.com and m.phil what are the other options for me?
