The first subscribers were mentioned as 3 in Form 1A. Now the name of the company has been approved. Can I increase the subscribers to 4 while filing incorporation documents (Form 1, 18 & 32). If any other procedure, let me know

Please ensure that the details of promoters entered are same as the details of promoters

entered in corresponding eForm 1A. In case details of any one or more of the promoters as

entered in eForm 1A is not entered in this form, then it shall be mandatory to provide ‘No

objection certificate’ from such promoter(s) as an attachment.

I am not removing any promoter. I am adding one more promoter to the list that was already entered in Form 1A. Please advise.

Get a letter (a NOC kind of) from the existing promoter that you are inserting new and attach it as an attachment option as NOC. This can work, probably. Just for a trail attach a dummy attachment to the option of Form-1 and check whether its working or not.

yes u have to attach mandatory a NOC from the existing promoters whether u r adding up or deleting the promoters. Even if thr s a slight change u require NOC.
