Yes you can use the name India between the name of the company

But for that the company should have authorised capital of Rs. 25.00 Lacs minimum

For getting the co name approval fees are Rs. 1000

For authorised capital of Rs. 25 Lacs  reg fees will be Rs. 57000

stamp duty for Maharashtra will be 0.2% per 5 lacs so for 25 lacs it will be Rs. 5000
