Company formation - multiple businesses

I have three businesses, A, B and C. And if I register a company under the name of D and all the payments, transactions are done under the name of the D account then I won't have to register A, B and C right? I can just use the different business names and incorporate a company under the D name. Thus saving me from incorporating three different companies. Am I right?

Another query was, setting up a company in Delaware is easy and the tax rate is very less compared to Indian Corporate Tax but the issue is of getting a bank account as one has to personally go there. I would like to know if one can get bank loans from an Indian bank here if the company is incorporated outside of India? Most probably the answer will be no, but is there a way around like the business owner and/or employee resides here and gets salary.
