- Convert your ideas into concrete plans on paper
- Arrange for market survey of the product to be manufactured
- Select location of project
- Prepare project report and check its feasibility
- Arrange for finance required
- Engage required manpower and start unit at small level
- Can expand the unit in due course in case of successful results
