It not applicable for this may attempt and for also not applicable for next november attempt also so need to worry about that.

For may 2014 it is not applicable but for November 2014 attempt wait for institute's notification.

See for May 2014, definitely not applicable but as far as for Nov. 2014 is concerned, Institute's reply is that it will notify the applicability of the same before a suitable time in order to have a reasonable preparation for it.....

ICAI should be out with their notification regarding Companies Act, 2013 as early as possible for interest of CA students for early preparation of the subject.

Especially for Nov'14 attempt... as all has to be started from beginning... To adapt & produce the same in CA (Final) exams..CA Final results were very disappointing for Nov'13...
