Companies bill 2013 applicable to june 2012 students.

I had registered for CS executive in 2011. 

I wanted to know whether Compaines Bill Act 2012 is applicable to students appearing in JUNE 2013? 

I have the old study material. 

And the new edition has 2011 SERIES written on it. 

How do i study now? 

Institute is out of stock for 2011 series study material. 

 

PLEASE HELP. I AM CONFUSED.

Companies Bill 2012 is not applicable in your June 2013 term, As it was passed in loksabha but still waiting to approved in rajya sabha.
