Dear Professional Friends
I have recived a mail from MCA that form 1, 18,32 filled by you is pending under rugulation 17(6) maximum time expired.
Can someone please clerfiy what should i do on this matter?
Is it a notice for which we should approch to ROC or should i wait until a mail will come form mca regarding any further requirment on this matter

No idea...but seek clarification by posting query on MCA website ...your query will be answered withn 48 hours...
Regulation 17(6) is where your forms are pending for clarifications. ROC may require additional informtaion regarding your incorporation and might have put the forms for resubmission within 30 days. However, upon non-resubmission within the time limit, the forms stand disqualified for review and approval and fees on the said forms are refunded upon filling of a refund application.
Thus, contact your concerned ROC and clarify on the same.
