my client covered under 44AB for the financial year 2012-13.So Audit was carried out and filed before september 30 ' 2013. For this year 2013-14 he is not covered under tax audit being the turnover is with in the limit prescribed. For this year he wants to change the auditor and file the return.
From this:
1. Is there any requirement of communication with the previous auditor by the proposed auditor before filing.
2. To check whether covered under 44AB or not, Output vat should be included to turnover or not.
