Mu client is running a mobile and DTH recharge coupen selling agency from 01.04.2010 to till date so please clear our doubt i.e. if from the period they are applicable to pay service tax as well as from which period they are geeting exemption for the aforesaid getting only commission transaction?

This is a service and was a service chargeable to tax, so if the threshold limit has been crossed then the tax shall be payable.
