1. Form STK-2 for closure of company- ROC Fee is Rs. 5000/-
2. Form MGT-14 for filing notice and explanatory as now speical resolution is required for closure of company- ROC Fee Rs. 300/- to Rs. 600/- depending upon the authorized share capital of the company.
3. Cost of execution of stamp paper for affidavits and indemnity bonds- around Rs. 500/-
Therefore, in cost of closure of company is around Rs. 6000/-

Once you file Form STK-2, ROC will check the documents, in case the same are in order than they will initiate the process of strikking off and it will take around 3 to sometimes 6 months also.
