anyone have practical idea of the total procedure about closing of pvt limited company voluntarily???? and is CA authorized to do perform that procedure by company Act??

there are various ways of closing/winding off the company.
Is your company not carrying on any business than you can strike off your company otherwise you can go for winding up which is a bit lengthy process.
