Closing partnership firm

respected sir my query is How to close partnership firm and legal treatment of its debitor's & creditor's so that no facing any problem in future regarding sale tax office & income tax department.mention here that i have cancelled its tin number from department last year 2014-15 but assets and liability stand in last year balance sheet.
