DEAR SIR

I HAVE RQUIRE CLARIFICATION REGARDING MINIMUM  PF CONTRIBUTION BY EMPLOYEE & EMPLOYER IF 

CASE 1 

BASIC SALARY : 3500

CASE 2: 

BASIC SALARY : 8000

THAnks IN ADVANCE

In case I- 3500*12%

In Case II- 6500*12%,

as per law salary  be taken for the purpose of deduction is

lower of 6500 or actual salary
