An explanations has been added :

Like CA syllabus; it is not easy to understand the meaning of the above definition.
.
With the help of one example it would be clear :
.
Some textile units have fetched maximum market value due to increase in prices of lands and scrap of iron despite these were CLOSED since more than 20 years !
.
Many communities ADVERSELY comment on the work of auditors.
.
But they realize the value of CA when they themselves require the services of CAs.
.
Initially a CA (while studying) faces so many problems, after passing it becomes problem for him to find clients, after having clients they are not interested to submit reqiured details but when clients face problems with government departments or so; all the problems are solved with the help of a CA and his own problems are also solved !
