Sir, I will be more thankful if anybody take this for clarification.I amexplaining the problem.
1. One Local director of a private ltd company has resigned where other 2 directors are non-residents. The Primary authorised Signatory was the resiged direcor who has been settled by the company and also fied with roc. The company has indcuted new local director whose DSC cannot be accepted in GST portal, inturn asking to approve the new director with old directo's DSC. The company is able to file the returns.Complaint lodgged with GST portal and yet to receive the solution. The old director is not avaialble now.
2. In a second case, in another friend company the primary director was suddently demised and new director was appointed. How they can use the demised director's DSC?
This problem prevails from sep 2017 and nobody has find a solution for the same. Atleast the GST portal software can help with their council.
