WHETHER ANY CHANGES IN AUTHORISED CAPITAL IS TO BE MENTIONED IN DIRECTOR REPORT .AND IF YES , WHETHER IT IS TO BE MENTIONED EVEN IF THERE IS NO CHANGE

There is no specific requirement in the Act or Rules for this. However, as a part of good corporate governance it would be advisable to disclose increase in the Directors' Report. There is no need to mention anything in case there is no change.
