please suggest me that, is there any correction in the certification of incoporation is required, if there is change in the registered office of the company within the local limit of the town under the same registarar.
suggest me the procedure for change in the mailing address of the company that comes in its certificate of incorporation.

There is no correction is required in the certificate of incorporation if registered office of the company is change. It is very simple procedure and can be implemented by the board of directors of the company. A board resolution should be passed and an intimation of the change shall be given to the registrar in e form 18 within 30 days of the date of such change.
RESOLVED THAT, pursuant to the provision of section 146 of the companies act 1956 and any other provisions applicable, if any, the registered office of the company be and is hereby shifted from ------- --to-----------
FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Ms. ----director of the company be and is hereby authorised to file e-form 18 with the registrar of companies and to take suitable action for the implementation of the above said decision of the board.
